Brisbane Property Developers, RE Ventured, have this week welcomed new Associate Director, Elliot Gooch.
James Bayer, Director at RE Ventured, said they were excited to have Elliot join the team given his depth of industry experience.
“Elliot is a highly respected Developer who comes from Consolidated Properties Group where he was Development Manager for four years,” he said.
“He has demonstrated his ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver quality results including the Monarch Residences at Toowong and Yeerongpilly Green.
“Elliot’s skills in contract negotiation, procurement and acquisition mean he will be an asset to the RE Ventured team and our partners.”
Elliot holds a Bachelor in Engineering (Hons) and Business Management from the University of Queensland. Prior to his role at Consolidated Properties Group, Elliot held various Project Manager roles at Savills Australia.
“With many new development projects currently underway, Elliot will play a vital role in helping us build on the growth and momentum we have been experiencing here at RE Ventured for the remainder of 2022 and beyond.”
