RE Ventured has now received DA approval just eight weeks after lodging for its site at 12 Loam Street, Acacia Ridge.
The project will include 1,233m2 of warehouse space, which will accommodate five levels of pallet racking with three roller doors. It will also include 267m2 of office space over two levels with undercroft parking.
