RE Ventured Associate Director Elliot Gooch has now lodged a Development Application for the site at 11 Hawkins Crescent, Bundamba.
The project, located in Citiswich Business Park, will include 1,996sqm of warehouse space, which will accommodate five levels of pallet racking with two roller doors. It will also include 250sqm of office space with undercroft parking.
