Glen Wright
Director
Glen is a financially trained and relationally orientated Developer with vast experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, and leasing.
He has worked for private and institutional landlords delivering projects across Australia and New Zealand.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UQ).
Elliot Gooch
Associate Director
Elliot is a highly respected Developer who brings with him a wealth of industry experience in project management, contract negotiation, feasibility studies and acquisition.
He has previously held Development Management roles where he demonstrated his ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver quality results.
Elliot holds a Bachelor in Engineering (Hons) and Business Management (UQ).
James Bayer
Director
James has over 15 years of architectural design experience working with one of Australia’s leading retail architectural firms for private and institutional clients across Australia and New Zealand.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics (UQ).
