RE Ventured Directors Glen Wright, James Bayer and Rudi Scutti have been closely associated with the LFRA for over 6 years.
In 2018, Glen Wright was awarded an international study tour scholarship by the LFRA. It was on a flight from Sydney to Osaka that Glen first met James Bayer, who was also on the
study tour. Since then, James and Glen have collaborated on number of retail, industrial and self-storage development projects. Out of this relationship, RE Ventured was born when Glen introduced Rudi to James.
The combination of James’ retail design thinking, Rudi’s coveted retail leasing pedigree and Glen’s large format retail and self-storage development experience provide a unique platform for exceptional client services and triangulated advice.
RE Ventured is currently providing leasing, sales, and development advisory services to large-format retail and self-storage projects on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Hunter Valley.
RE Ventured looks forward to further collaboration with LFRA retail and associate members as it expands its brokerage and development capability in Queensland and New South Whales.
