Real estate assets are part of cyclical markets and suffer from changes in consumer preferences and a depreciating physical form. RE Ventured’s knowledge of tenant requirements and design innovation allow it to reposition assets according to a tailored strategy. This approach improves real asset performance.
Project profitability and financial risk need to be accurately accounted for in any development. RE Ventured takes a conservative approach to feasibility development and management and relies on years of experience building feasibilities to provide point-in-time assessments of development performance and profitability. RE Ventured works with industry leading feasibility software – Estatemaster.
