Project profitability and financial risk need to be accurately accounted for in any development. RE Ventured takes a conservative approach to feasibility development and management and relies on years of experience building feasibilities to provide point-in-time assessments of development performance and profitability. RE Ventured works with industry leading feasibility software – Estatemaster.
RE Ventured runs campaigns for Developers who need to engage with the local community to achieve highest and best use outcomes. Grass roots and mass-market campaigns allow RE Ventured to gather insights, identify trends, and extract community and political perspective. This enables developers to respond to objection before it slows down approvals.
